All fitness levels welcome! This intro level class will teach you all the basic moves you’ll need to advance to our intermediate level classes (Bungee Fit or Bungee Strong) and familiarize you with bungee terminology. You’ll raise your heart rate during our fun routines for a low impact cardio workout. Take this class as many times as needed to get comfortable with our bungees before moving on to the next level.
After you've familiarized yourself with the proper footing for flys and your correct harness fit, join us for this fun, fast paced cardio class! All routines will offer modifications if needed. Basic flys are perfected here to get you ready to take our Fly Workshop.
For anyone who loves the low impact aspect of bungee workouts and would like to add light weights to their workout to build muscle while getting in a great cardio workout. Must take Intro to Bungee before taking Bungee Strong.
This class is for anyone who wants to take their flys to the next level! After you've taken Intro to Bungee and a few Bungee Fit classes, take our Fly Workshop class to learn new flys and perfect flys you've already learned. Take this course as many times as necessary to master our advanced flys in order to level up to Top Bungee while also getting an amazing cardio workout!
Our most advanced class. This class is packed full of high intensity cardio routines that will have you soaring to your potential! Must master our "four corners flys" before signing up for this class. We recommend several Fly Workshops prior to registering. Your instructor will let you know when you're ready to advance.
All fitness levels welcome! In Bounce we’ll use rebounders/mini trampolines and light weights to help you tone various muscle groups throughout the body and improve your cardio endurance (no harnesses or bungees). Modifications will be given throughout the class so everyone can work at their own pace.
This class focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness. Utilizing just a mat and your body weight, Mat Pilates offers a series of low-impact exercises that emphasize controlled movements and proper breathing techniques.
Designed for all fitness levels! Combines dance moves, running, and jumping around. Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes provide a low-impact, high-intensity exercise that absorb up to 80% of the shock of jumping while allowing users to burn up to 20% more calories. Please note, clients will NOT be in a harness for this class.
