From our flyers
The BEST fitness classes I've ever taken! It doesn't feel like you are working out because it's so fun, but it is a total full-body workout! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
I saw a video online and thought, why not? So glad I gave it a shot, because this was so much FUN! It didn't feel like a workout. This is something you look forward to, not dread. The team and instructors are all so nice and welcoming too.
This is the most fun I've had working out in a really long time. Various classes for different skill sets, the instructors are great, and I'm even making tons of new friends! Everyone should try it at least once.
Before your first class
Everyone 15 and up can join in the fun! Participants must be between 90 and 270 lbs for bungee and up to 300 lbs for Bounce. You should not participate if you have had a recent surgery, have a current injury, are pregnant, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
We recommend leggings or longer bike shorts, a high-impact sports bra, a fitted shirt and non-slip athletic shoes. If sweat marks are a concern, wear black!
When you arrive, your station will be set with the number of bungees that matches the weight in your profile (that is why we ask when you create your account). Your instructor reviews harness fit with everyone before class starts, then has you perform a simple skill to confirm the setup.
Some people feel mild discomfort or bruising from the harness at first. Once you learn the right fit, it should not be an ongoing issue. If it is, tell us and we will help you get comfortable.
Arrive 15 minutes early so there is time to get harnessed in before class begins. Instructors lock the doors when class starts for safety, so if you are late you could forfeit your class credit, and unlimited members may be charged a no-show fee.
Yes. Intro to Bungee is required before any other bungee class, no matter your fitness level. It covers harness fit, safety and the basic moves. The one exception is Bungee Moves, our grounded class with no flying. Trampoline, Pound and dance classes do not need it either.
