Intro to Bungee

All fitness levels welcome! This intro-level class will teach you all the basic moves you’ll need to advance and familiarize you with Bungee terminology. You'll learn how to properly wear a harness, how to fly, what to expect in other Bungee classes, and all bungee safety rules and precautions.

Bungee Moves

Experience the benefits of bungee fitness - NO BURPEES & NO FLYING! Bungee Moves is a dynamic, fully modified, grounded workout that blends resistance, functional movement, and fun. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class offers customizable options to help you achieve your goals. Build strength, improve balance, and stay energized in a supportive and engaging environment. With Bungee Moves, every step, squat, and stretch is powered by the unique resistance of the bungee, giving you a workout that's as effective as it is enjoyable!

Bounce (Trampoline Only)

All fitness levels welcome! In Bounce we’ll use rebounders/mini trampolines and light weights to help you tone various muscle groups throughout the body and improve your cardio endurance (no harnesses or bungees). Modifications will be given throughout the class so everyone can work at their own pace.

Bounce (Trampoline Only) - POWER HALF HOUR!

THE SAME GREAT CLASS CONDENSED INTO 30 MINUTES! All fitness levels welcome! In Bounce, we’ll use rebounders/mini trampolines and light weights to help you tone various muscle groups throughout the body and improve your cardio endurance (no harnesses or bungees). Modifications will be given throughout the class so everyone can work at their own pace.

Bungee Fit

IMPORTANT: All clients must complete Intro to Bungee before registering for Bungee Fit. After you've familiarized yourself with the proper footing for flys and know your correct harness fit, join us for this fun, fast-paced cardio class! All routines will offer modifications if needed.

Bungee Fit - POWER HALF HOUR!

THE SAME GREAT CLASS CONDENSED INTO 30 MINUTES! All fitness levels welcome! IMPORTANT: All clients must complete Intro to Bungee before registering for Bungee Fit. After you've familiarized yourself with the proper footing for flys and know your correct harness fit, join us for this fun, fast-paced cardio class!

Bungee Strong

Must take Intro to Bungee before registering for Bungee Strong. For anyone who loves the low-impact aspect of bungee workouts and would like to add light weights to build muscle while getting in a great cardio workout.

Bungee Strong - POWER HALF HOUR!

Must take Intro to Bungee before registering for Bungee Strong. THE SAME GREAT BUNGEE STRONG WORKOUT CONDENSED INTO 30 MINUTES! For anyone who loves the low-impact aspect of bungee workouts and would like to add light weights to their workout to build muscle while getting in a great cardio workout.

Fly Workshop

This class is for anyone who wants to take their flys to the next level! After you've taken Intro to Bungee and a few Bungee Fit classes, take our Fly Workshop class to learn new flys and perfect flys you've already learned.

Pound

There are no prerequisites for Pound. This class does not include the use of bungees or harnesses... A Pound workout class is a full-body, drumming-inspired fitness class that combines cardio, strength training, and yoga/pilates movements.

Yoga (Colleyville)

Yoga is coming soon to BungeeONE Colleyville. Check the schedule for the first available sessions!

Top Bungee

IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL TO TAKE THIS CLASS. If you have not met the minimum skill requirement before registering, you will be removed from the class roster. Must master four corners flies before signing up.

Adult Ballet

Expect to experience a classical ballet class. Starting with barre work, you will learn all the foot positions and placement.

Belly Dancing

Belly dancing is a great way to burn calories and tone your body. Come shimmy and learn bellydance basics and a fun routine.
