A 30-minute strength workout with weights. This is not a bungee class, so no harness and no Intro to Bungee needed. Expect focused, full-body strength training that fits into a busy day.

All fitness levels welcome! In Bounce we use rebounders (mini trampolines) and light weights to tone muscle groups throughout the body and build cardio endurance. No harnesses or bungees.

Modifications are given throughout class so everyone can work at their own pace.

A full-body, drumming-inspired workout that combines cardio, strength training and yoga and pilates movements. You use Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks, to beat out rhythms as you move.

A classical ballet class. We start with barre work to learn foot positions and placement, build from small movements to larger ones, then take the same techniques across the floor and finish with jumps.

Wear whatever is comfortable: leggings, tanks or shorts are all fine, with socks or ballet shoes. Improve your posture, poise, core strength and balance.

Step onto the mat for a fun, energizing yoga class designed to bring more joy into your movement. This playful flow combines traditional yoga poses with creative sequences, balance challenges and opportunities to explore something new.
