Quick answers
Is the $110 rate really locked in?
Yes. Your First Flight rate never goes up for as long as your membership stays continuously active and in good standing. It is exempt from the periodic price adjustments that apply to standard memberships. If the membership lapses or is canceled, current pricing applies if you come back.
What's the commitment?
First Flight Unlimited is a 12-month membership, whichever way you pay. After the first 12 months it simply continues month to month at your locked rate, and you can cancel any time with 14 days' written notice before your billing date.
What if I need out during the 12 months?
Early cancellation is handled by studio staff and carries a $250 fee, which fully satisfies the rest of the term. Nothing further is owed. If you move more than 25 miles away, or in the case of death or disability, the membership can be canceled with no fee and any unused prepaid amount refunded pro-rata, as required by law.
Can I pause it?
Yes, up to 2 months total during the 12-month term. Ask studio staff to set it up. Billing pauses and your membership extends by the length of the hold.
How do class bookings work?
Book through your account or the app. Canceling a class is free up to 6 hours before start time. Late cancels and no-shows are a $15 fee for Unlimited members. Arrive at least 5 minutes early, because the safety briefing matters.
Who can fly?
Ages 15+ solo (13 to 14 can fly with a harnessed parent or guardian), within the 90 to 270 lb range for bungee classes. Every move scales to your level.
